Before You Log In
Logging in is simple, but a minute of preparation saves most of the problems we see readers run into. You need three things: the email address you registered with, your password, and, if you turned it on, your phone with the authenticator app installed. The account uses email rather than a separate username, so if you have several addresses, try the one you used for the welcome email.
Always reach the site by typing the address or using a bookmark you created yourself. Links in unsolicited emails, text messages or social posts are the usual route for phishing pages that copy the login screen. The real page shows a padlock in the address bar and is served over 256-bit TLS encryption. If anything looks off, such as an odd spelling in the address or a request for your card number at sign-in, close the tab.
Step-by-Step: Signing In
- Open the site in an up-to-date browser on desktop or mobile.
- Tap Log In in the top-right corner of the header.
- Enter your registered email address and your password. Check that Caps Lock is off, because passwords are case-sensitive.
- If two-factor authentication is active, type the six-digit code shown in your authenticator app.
- You land on the lobby with your balance, any active bonus and your account menu in the header.
If this is your first visit since registering, you may be asked to complete identity verification before you can play. UK rules require age and ID checks before any real-money gambling, so this step cannot be skipped. Most players pass the automatic check at sign-up without noticing it happened.
Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional, and we recommend switching it on. Once enabled, signing in needs both your password and a six-digit code generated by an authenticator app on your phone. A stolen password alone is then not enough to get into your account or withdraw your balance.
To set it up, open the account menu, go to Security, choose to enable 2FA and scan the QR code with your authenticator app. Enter the first code to confirm. Keep any backup codes offered during setup somewhere safe and offline. If you change phones, move the authenticator to the new device before resetting the old one; otherwise you will need support to remove 2FA after confirming your identity, which takes longer than a normal login.
Logging In on Mobile
There is no app-store download. The mobile product is a browser web app that runs in Safari, Chrome or any modern mobile browser, and it uses the same login as the desktop site. To make it feel like an app, open the site, use your browser's share or menu button and choose Add to Home Screen. An icon then opens the site full-screen.
Your browser or password manager can remember your email address and password, which is convenient on a personal phone. On a shared or work device, do not save credentials, and log out when you finish. Mobile sessions keep the same balance, bonuses, limits and history as desktop, so you can switch devices mid-session without losing anything.
Forgotten Your Password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your registered email address. A reset link is sent to that inbox and stays valid for 30 minutes. Open it, choose a new password and log in again. If the link has expired, simply request another; only the most recent link works.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders and confirm you typed the address you registered with. Still nothing? Our troubleshooting guide covers missing emails and other common sign-in snags, and live chat can confirm which address the account is under once you pass a few security questions.
Account Lock Rules

After five wrong password attempts in a row, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes. This is a protection against automated password guessing, not a penalty, and it lifts on its own. During the lock you can still request a password reset, which is usually the quicker fix if you are unsure of the password.
| Situation | What happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 5 wrong passwords | 15-minute sign-in lock | Wait, or reset your password |
| Reset link older than 30 minutes | Link no longer works | Request a new link |
| Lost 2FA device | Code cannot be generated | Contact support with ID ready |
| Self-exclusion or time-out active | Login blocked until it ends | No override; this is by design |
Accounts can also be restricted while verification documents are outstanding. Our plain-English terms summary explains when the operator may suspend an account and why.
Staying Secure
- Use a long, unique password that you do not use anywhere else. A password manager makes this painless.
- Turn on 2FA, especially if you keep a balance on the account.
- Never share your login with anyone, including people claiming to be from support. Genuine agents never ask for your password or 2FA code.
- Log out on shared devices and avoid public Wi-Fi for deposits and withdrawals.
- Check your account history now and then; anything you do not recognise should go straight to live chat.
Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors, and only debit cards and e-wallets in your own name are accepted. If you want to know more about how the operator is regulated, read our licence and security overview.
Safer Gambling Tools After Login
The best time to set limits is the first time you log in, before any deposit. Under the account menu you will find deposit and loss limits, session reminders, a time-out from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years. UK players can also register with GAMSTOP to block sign-in across all licensed sites at once. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away; raising one involves a cooling-off period.
While playing with a bonus, the maximum slot stake is £5 per spin, or £2 if you are aged 18 to 24, and wagering is capped at 10x. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over only. If it stops being fun, BeGambleAware.org and GamCare on 0808 8020 133 offer free, confidential help. When you are set up and your limits are in place, log in and head to the lobby.
